To Start things off I will visit your home.
I will learn from you:

What you need your deck to do
Were you want your deck
How much maintenance you are expecting to do
What your budget is
I'll take measurements, photos and make notes
From there I will design a Deck or Backyard based on my visit and in a couple of days you will receive an email with your Guaranteed Quote. This means there will be no surprises or asking for more money when the quoted project is completed. I have been doing quotes for over 25 years and I should be able to quote you properly by now.

To build your deck we will:
Arrange all necessary permits and utility locates
Clean up and prepare area.
Helical pile footings in the ground to below the frost-line (or on bedrock) so you never have to worry about your deck moving and heaving every winter.
Pressure treated frame for strength and long life.
All fasteners to be either ceramic coated or galvanized (suitable for pressure treated wood)
Your PVC/Composite Deck top will be screwed down with hidden fasteners. (when possible)

All our projects start with the proper foundations. We use Helical piles for our decks for a better foundation that exceeds all local building codes.

Quality Matters
We use only the best materials available. Premium Pressure treated wood for long lasting frames. The best Cedar for deck tops and Pergolas. Only top brands of Composite and PVC decking for almost Maintenance Free enjoyment. Fiberon - Trex - Timber Tech - Azek products all made in Canada or USA. Amazing Canadian Made Aluminum Railings to make everything safe. This includes the small stuff too... screws, nails, connectors of all types are all rated for outdoor use and made to last in Pressure Treated lumber.
Interlock patios and Driveway
All our stonework is done by a local leading Interlock and Landscaping team.
They are Ottawa's largest installer of Techo-Bloc landscaping products. Outdoor Living design and installation for 20yrs in the Ottawa area and have designed and installed over 1500 beautiful projects for our clients. All of our projects, whether small or large, come with a CAD dimensional drawing to help you envision the final product. NCMA retaining wall certified and Techo-Pro certified installers. From outdoor kitchens to driveway expansions, we know hardscaping and we love what we do!
